Were back, and what’s better then opening up with one of the best parties in San Jose to talk about. Back in August Disco and Wasteland SJ came together and threw a party that took San José night life to whole different level. When Club creator and photography (Eric Belladonna) emailed me about maybe making glasses for wasteland and co-hosting with him I thought to myself, “are you fucking serious!!! I would give my right tit to co-host with you!!!” and then the magic was born. Ari and I set down and created a pair of glasses that to us evoked everything that wasteland is; Big, Bold, Sexy, Simple, and kind of disturbing (in a good way). With fake joints, pills, condoms and cigarette buts these glasses where ready to be worn and partied in all night!!!!! 
The evening was one to remember, people dancing, sweating, and feeling good. You could see the official wasteland glasses being passed around, people dying to get a picture taken with them on. Under the lights and smoke you could see the wave of disco accessories moving and swaying to the sounds of that classic electro beat. I wanted to make sure that people could see the glasses and head pieces out in the real world, how they moved and felt and how amazing they made your night. If you weren’t there honey you must have been dead because when Disco and Wasteland get together there aint no coming back. But don’t worry Kido keep your ears and eyes open because this is definitely not the end by a long shot!! WastLand happens every first and third Thursday of the month at:
